Manatee Amazon Explorer

The Manatee Amazon Explorer provides a beautiful way to explore and discover the Ecuadorian Amazon. With cruises from Coca, on the Napo River, this expedition vessel allows you to reach many parts of the jungle that would otherwise be inaccessible, and discover the vast biodiversity that inhabits this part of the world’s largest rainforest.

The 14 cabins on this ship are decorated in bright colors, and each with a depiction of one of the native species of the area drawn on the wall. The cabins feature floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony, air conditioning and private bathroom with hot water.

Exceptional daily meals are served in the dining room, and a variety of drinks and cocktails can be obtained at the comfortable bar and lounge.

The Manatee also offers many spaces to relax and feel reinvigorated, including a spa, a cozy reading room, an observation deck with an outdoor hot tub, and an al fresco lounge. The small fleet of motorized canoes allow you to reach deep into remote, otherwise inaccessible places on excursions that will bring you close with the wildlife of the Ecuadorian Amazon.
